Degrees and Certifications:
Hello. My name is Mrs. Long and I am enthusiastic for the
2019-2020 school year. Fifth grade is a fun year full of challenges
for the students. The curriculum is impressive and this is my favorite grade to teach.
I want to know all about you, but here are a few details about myself.
I was born in San Francisco, California and I was a geography major at University of California, Santa Barbara.
After living in Alaska for four years, we moved to this area in 1991 when my husband, Matt, went to the University of Montana for microbiology.
Our son, Clayton, is a freshman at the University of Montana and Chloe is a sophomore at Frenchtown High School.
I have worked in various departments at Frenchtown Intermediate and Elementary Schools and decided to go back to school four years ago.
I earned my Teaching Credential and Masters in Teaching from Western Governors University.
